Fridge fan stopped and there is a sound like fan or compressor trying to spin up, along with clicking. The compressor was very warm to touch. What is the best way to troubleshoot root cause?
Thanks

Hello cgrifalc. You will need to test for power to the fan motor. If it is there, and the fan does not run, you will need to replace the fan motor on the unit.

We found a replacement fan motor on Craigs List. We had the same issue and this fixed it right away.
