The stovetop (gas) is fine.
The oven all of a sudden seems to heat very very slowly. Also the display seems dim as well.
I've powered it off/on at the circuit breaker.

What next?

The oven is electric.

Update from this morning.... the broiler seems to work. The bake and convection don't do anything.

I replaced the bake element. Same problem. The bake element does not even get hot to touch. The broiler is on though.

My daughter said that she remembers the elements turning red when being used. If that's the case, the broiler, even when set on high, is not turning red.

What next?

I am not sure I understand the above as in an earlier post you said it was working.

On most ovens they do switch back and forth between the bake and broil elements during preheat and bake cycles. This gives a more even temperature profile in the oven.

Since you mentioned a dim display I would check the power with a meter so it can be eliminated as a possible cause.

Check the voltage at the plug
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
