Have an approx. 10-15 yr old top load Whirlpool that no longer wants to spin nor agitate. Not sure of "model" number but a sticker on the back of control panel has a 6-7 digit " Part"number starting with 3 and ending in "67" (the "67" number is for white while a reference to biscuit lists a different part number) . 3 knobs total..2 smaller on the left and 3rd larger on right side. "Commercial Quality" along with some other features listed towards top of front control panel.
Any thoughts on problem? Trying to determine if it's worth repairing or not.
Thanks

Need to find the model number. Most likely a direct drive design but can't know for sure without model number. If it's a direct drive and it drains ok and motor runs while in agitate and spin but won't actually agitate or spin, it's most likely a faulty motor coupler which is a relatively easy and cheap repair.
