:) Problem Solved - left thread below if it can help someone....

Washer was found running overnite stuck in Wash cycle.

Unplugged machine for 30 minutes. Tried to start a new load, but it goes straight to Wash cycle - doesn't even try to fill...

Did the washer reset routine by opening/closing lid as well.

Tried Drain and Spin cycle only, that seemed to work, but then it went BACK to Wash cycle. Never goes to fill cycle at all.

I did the Field Service Code diagnostic:

Position 2 - no code
Position 3 - initially last nite it did not show a code, now shows Code indicating NO PUMP ERROR.
Position 4 - get the LED lights, but nothing happens, no water flows.
Position 5 - same as Position 4 - get LED lights, but no water flows.
Positions 6-9 - get LED lights and functions appear to work.

Note - there is maybe 1/2 inch of water in bottom of the plastic tub assembly (saw it from outside when I opened front panel).

Checked LED on motor when unit was plugged in, but not running a cycle. Got the 1-second on/1 second off which appears to be normal per the Technician Guide.

Assume its bad Pump? Could something be stuck in pump?

Also read something about a pressure sensor line could cause issues like this.

Argh....

UPDATE - checked Thermistor resistance - 75K ohms at room temp, service manual states 50K ohms. Could this be the issue?

ALSO, Inlet valve has 1K ohm of resist for both solenoids.

I then plugged in machine, hit start button - of course it went straight to Wash cycle. I checked voltage on Solenoid - no voltage - assume that since its in Wash cycle, it wouldn't get charged hence opening the valve.

Maybe it's the control board....sigh...
