Help. I've had this issue for about 3 years, only deciding now to try and fix.

90% of the time the Blower Hums. The shaft does spins freely, so I can turn the blower on and spin the shaft and the blower works. It also works randomly about 10% of the time.

I've pulled the motor out, everything is clean.

I've read that it might be a capasitor issue, but not sure.

I do not think this motor has a capacitor so I would say that the motor is bad.
