My range started displaying the F3 E2 error code. I replaced the sensor and still get the same error code. Does this mean the control board needs replacing? Is this something that as a home owner, I can do or should I call a repair technician? Is this a repair that is worth it? Or is this a repair that warrants a new range?
Thanks, Erin

Here are your parts Parts for Whirlpool RF368LXMQ0 Range - AppliancePartsPros.comDoes this mean the control board needs replacing? That is the most likely cause. if you purchase it from AppliancePartsPros and it does not fix the problem they will let you return it. Please see their return policy. Is this something that as a home owner, I can do or should I call a repair technician? Depends how handy you are. If you click on a part's description or picture often a new page will open with info that may help you install the part. Just be sure to remove power from the unit when working on it. Is this a repair that is worth it? Or is this a repair that warrants a new range? Again I cannot say. Depends on what shape the unit is in. Also how much you like the unit. Also what a replacement unit that you would be happy with would cost. |
