So the plastic tab that holds the pin/spring (right side) of the ice chute flap/door is broken. Problem is, it appears to be part of the main housing of the dispenser and I can find every part for the dispenser except the housing. What do?

I think the part you want is item 1 in section 08.
It does not show a part number so it would be best to call a parts representative at AppliancePartsPros they have more knowledge and access to part info than what is available on the web site.

Exactly my issue. After more digging it seems that not only is the part # not available, it considered a not serviceable part. I was able to find an ice chute door kit with an extra aluminum bracket to replace the broken plastic tab of the main housing.
