Could use some guidance. I am working on a Jenn-Air Model DW711B dishwasher pump & motor issue. This was due to a seal shaft water leak on the "D" shaft, which, consequently, rusted the solenoid bracket and pull solenoid, thus making the pull solenoid noisy. I replaced the shaft seal washer, "D" shaft "E" clips, solenoid bracket, assorted screws and the pull solenoid. When replacing the seal shaft I moved the "D" bracket to far and it disconnected the lifter from the drain flapper flapper assembly and flapper spring. Since I do not have, and was not able to locate in my area, or on line, a service manual for this machine, I had to go by a parts schematic that I received on line from Jenn-Air.
Consequently, I wasn't sure on the reinstallation of all of these parts. Since the plastic lifter can only be installed one way on the "D" shaft, it is believed that the flapper spring arm goes between the two prongs on the lifter. After completing the assembly as described above, I now have a situation where the dishwasher will not drain. The pull solenoid seems to work as designed, but when it goes into a drain cycle, it will not drain. Any suggestions, thoughts, recommendations, or a copy of a service manual for this repair would be appreciated. UPHOUSE
