Could use some guidance. I am working on a Jenn-Air Model DW711B dishwasher pump & motor issue. This was due to a seal shaft water leak on the "D" shaft, which, consequently, rusted the solenoid bracket and pull solenoid, thus making the pull solenoid noisy. I replaced the shaft seal washer, "D" shaft "E" clips, solenoid bracket, assorted screws and the pull solenoid. When replacing the seal shaft I moved the "D" bracket to far and it disconnected the lifter from the drain flapper flapper assembly and flapper spring. Since I do not have, and was not able to locate in my area, or on line, a service manual for this machine, I had to go by a parts schematic that I received on line from Jenn-Air.

Consequently, I wasn't sure on the reinstallation of all of these parts. Since the plastic lifter can only be installed one way on the "D" shaft, it is believed that the flapper spring arm goes between the two prongs on the lifter. After completing the assembly as described above, I now have a situation where the dishwasher will not drain. The pull solenoid seems to work as designed, but when it goes into a drain cycle, it will not drain. Any suggestions, thoughts, recommendations, or a copy of a service manual for this repair would be appreciated. UPHOUSE

I can at least help when it comes to a manual.

Below is a link to one.
Not a great copy but the best I could do.
Unclick the "Use our download manager" and then use the grey button to download the manual.
Otherwise the site may pout software onto your computer that you do not want.

I just tried it and it downloaded OK for me though the site seemed slower than usual.

Also it said it failed in my downloads area but opened when I clicked on the .pdf file.

Perhaps the following will help.

Try changing your verbiage.

The site used to get a lot of spam so they have had to go heavy on the spam filter.

Not sure how to get around this.
I do not use Norton Antivirus.

Also I do not know if you use it or if the web site is using it.

If you are using it you may have to shut it off to be able to download the manual. Then turn it back on as soon as you have it. Be sure to un-click the use our download manager on the site.

If you are not using it then you are either getting a false positive or there is a virus on your computer.
