Need to upload much higher resolution images, I cannot possibly interpret the wiring from those tiny images.

Almost, but not quite there yet. I have to be able to read the numbers, wire colors, letters...hard to read on the second main wiring diagram. Also, will need to be able to read the timer chart when you post it. Somewhere on this machine, there is a 3 level pressure switch. The user level control switch just selects which pressure switch is used. I don't see the pressure switch on the parts diagrams but do see it on the wiring diagram. Take the front panel off and look for a pressure hose coming off the tub somewhere.

Need to find the pressure switch. Trace the white/red wires from the load size switch. They go to the pressure switch. Need to see photo's of pressure switch. This is a new arrangement that Whirlpool is using. I've never seen it before, never serviced this model before. How high is the wash cycle water level when set to large? Rinse level is automatically set to low unless you have the fabric softener switch on. The resolution of the photo's are too small. Don't crop or resize them too small. Upload your photo's to another site such as photobucket or to your own ftp site if you have one and link them here. Just took photo of my washer wiring diagram. First image is resized like the ones your giving me. 640x480 and only 46kb. The second one is 3500x2625 and 1.12meg. See the difference? Can't read the text on the first one but clear as a bell on the second one. That's what I need. Eric

At FULL the level is about 55% of the drum full. When I set it on medium it is about 54%. If I run it to MED load, then flip it to full, it fills for another 30 seconds or so max - probably not much more then a few cups of water.

Pressure switch has three separate switches inside of it for low, med, and high levels. Looks like they are adjustable. You see the three adjustment screws that have a little dab of red threadlocker applied to them? If you can break the threadlocker loose, you should be able to adjust the water level for each level. The high level is the adjustment closest to the white wire. Medium level is closest to orange wire and low level is closest to black wire. I don't know which way to turn the screws to increase the level so you will have to experiment. The only other workaround would require you to be at the machine to stop the machine from filling or to install an old style pressure switch but that would require some rewiring.
The part next to the water level control with the clear cover is a relay that is energized while in rinse cycle. It forces low water level and cold water only during rinse cycle unless fabric softener switch is on which gives high water level and cold water only. Interesting to note that they do not show/list either the relay nor the pressure switch in the parts diagrams. Is there a part number on that pressure switch?

You are on the fast track for a potential hero award Eric! That pressure switch is located on the right-hand side of the machine just behind the dryer load selector switch. Fairly easy to access.
I picked up a new switch from whirlpool I will try first. If I get the same result crack the screw and try to adjust.
So just to confirm the screw at approximately 9 o'clock in the picture is for the high water level?
And how do I impact the water level for the rinse?
