Ok, guess I was adding to my last post while you were composing so reread my last. Just leave your fabric softener switch on and rinse will be high level. With it off, rinse will be low. To make it exactly the same as wash setting would require some rewiring.

Again Eric, thank you so much! I'll pop in the new part when it gets here in the next day or so - no joy, I will tinker with the set screws.
Thank you for being so patient and helpful.
I'll let you know if it all works out - if you don't hear back it is probably because I forgot to turn of the power before sticking my screw driver somewhere I should have not! lol :)

So I waited three weeks for the appliance guy to return as promised, but no joy...amazing these guys are in business! Ultimately I took the panel off and adjusted the screw on the pressure switch as you advised and a full two turns later (clockwise) she's filling up! FYI the rinse level never filled either even with the fabric softener switch on, however this single adjustment changed the water level in both the wash and rinse cycle. Thank you again.

With the switch on, it should fill to the same level as wash high. With it off, it will fill to same as wash low level. Eric
