I have an Electrolux PLHS267ZCB4 refrigerator that has an intermittent cooling problem. The compressor works, but the fan does not blow the air across the coils.

A Technician replaced the control board for the fridge a week ago, and the problem just returned. I pulled the covers off the fan assembly in an effort to get to the fan next time the problem returns. Anyone know what to check next time?

I've been trying to find a wiring diagram to see what is in the current path of the blower fan, but can't find one.

Whenever this happens, the water seems to stop running, but I'm guessing that's caused by the water line freezing

If you are referring to the condenser/compressor fan, it should be on whenever the compressor is on as it is wired in parallel.
As a double check measure the voltage across it, it should be 120 volts.
Also if you can just give the fan blade a nudge and it starts up the fan needs replacing.

Is it the same model number?

Most likely it is the adaptive defrost board as it controls the evaporator fan.

I am assuming that the compressor runs OK and that the freezer and fresh food temperatures are OK.
Also that the fan used to run OK in the unit.

You could check across the evaporator fan for voltage.
If there is 120 volts and the fan shuts off then it is a fan problem.

If the voltage is turning on/off then I would replace the adaptive defrost board.
