Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/2/2007(UTC) Posts: 2		Hi, My Problem Is That My Freezer Is Not Cold Enough. A Thermometer Inside Shows A Temp Between 18-20 Degree's Farenheight. Some Things Like Bread And The Like Are Semi-soft. The Thermostat Is Turned Up To Maximum. Any Suggestions?

If these are dirty, it is difficuilt for it to remove heat. Could also be a slow running evaporator fan motor or bad cold control. Are you sure the temp is turn up all the way or did you turn the dial up for the damper that sends cool air to ref side? Just asking because I have hade many calls in the past where this was the case.

I Looked Underneath And It Looks Pretty Clean In There. The Thermostat Is Turned Up To 5, The Highest It Will Go. The Model Number Is Kenmore # 253.9284011. Thanks Ed

It will work fine for a few days then I notice there is water on the floor and everything is on the soft side but it's still blowing cool air. What did you wind up doing.
