Unit will not get below 60 degrees, checked coil in fridge and fan, fan works, coil is not frozen. Checked coil and fan in freezer, coil is not frozen and fan works.

Compressor is warm to touch, and fan under fridge is running.

Any idea what I should check next?

It is a Whirlpool French door model #wrf989sdae00

Currently, the fridge is 55 and the freezer is 60. Has been running with doors shut for 10 hours or more

If the compressor is not vibrating, replace the start device.
