New side by side.... no cooling or freezing... 1st time freezer at 0 ...refrig at 50...........2nd time..refrig 60 deg...freezer 47... Have renters in shore rental.....called Frigidaire......cannot get out right away...any suggestions for this gal?:confused:

I cannot find any info on the given model number.
Try unplugging the unit for a few minutes to see if it will reset itself.
Sounds like this is a digital/electronic controlled unit. If the unit is not on a separate line or there is often trouble with power at this site, I would recommend you get an appliance surge protector for it. They are available at Home Depot etc. A 1000 joule unit is recommended. If you cannot find a 1000 unit then a 750 joule unit may also work. |

Ok so they are having trouble with this model...to many electronics...main computer board ...so my guests are without refrig because the guy who is the "Authorized dealer" does not want to pay for overnight delivery or work on weekend because it is a warranty issue so he will do the repair on Monday...problem since Wed am....why bother with warranty? Reset from your reply ....for now seems ok...clients are using mucho ice in cooler..I am compensating...not a happy customer of Frigidaire. Could have bought a new refrig for what it cost me!
