I have a bottom freezer refrigerator that shows dashes instead of the level of cold. Some post I've read indicate it's most likely the electronic control board inside the refrigerator behind the touch buttons. I've replaced parts on other appliances so I'm comfortable doing that, just can't figure out how to get the cover off so I can access the board. Can't find any service manuals online or youtube videos. Any help would be appreciated.

You pry it off with a putty knife.

I have a Kenmore refrigerator model # 106.58539700 which came with the home we recently purchased and it does not make ice. The unit cools and freezes great too. Here is what I have done to date:
All materials below I bought from Kenmore:
- Replaced the ice maker - Replaced the water control valves assembly - Replaced the water filter
The dispenser produces water and I confirmed the feed line to the ice maker is open by blowing through it. I have ample water pressure (65psi).
I am lost on what to check next.
Any ideas would be helpful.
Thank you.
