About a year ago my quick cycle in my washer would not work anymore, then a few months later the regular cycle would not work anymore. I called the appliance store where I bought my washer and they said I needed a control panel replacement and to keep using the washer until it died if I did not want to replace the panel at that time. I have had the control panel replaced in 2007, 2008 (along with a sensor card) and in 2010. Bought the rubber feet to stop the major vibration which I was assuming most of my problem was from. (Now one cycle at a time is going on the machine) There are no lights going off and on which I have noted others saying when having a control panel problem) Worth fixing or should I buy a new machine? totally frustrated.

These front load Frigidaires are just not very reliable, and not only do the electronics fail regularly but the rear bearing often goes which makes the machine scrap as that repair is to expensive to justify.
I suggest you replace it, if you can use a top loader a good basic no frills no electronic controls machine is the way to go.

Thank you but I found the problem. There is a button on the front that says 8 hr delay. It got set somehow and wouldn't let me use either the quick or the regular cycles. I got the instructions out and studied them and now the machine works o.k. No control problem... agree tho about a top loader and am surely looking into it. saved myself a $90. visit from the repairman.
