I have a maytag mfi2269vem1 refrigerator. After a power failure the display went out and only thing that was working was interior lights. After doing service test it was determined that the w10310240 board was bad. Upon ordering the board it crossed to a w10213583. I replaced the board and everything came to life. Or so I thought. The unit does not cool. It sounds like the compressor is running but never puts out cold air. I cleaned coils and let it run for 24 hrs and still nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Don't see how it would need 134a as it was just a power failure.

Pull the back freezer panel and check the frost pattern, if none, you might have a bad compressor start device

That and the start capacitor were going to be my next thoughts. The lines aren't getting cold.
