I have a problem with my daughter's French Door Model. The ice maker isn't working, but the water dispenser is ok. The temperature reads zero on the door.

My first attempt to find out how to remove the ice maker has failed!! All the instruction I have found talk about screws. I can't see any on this ice maker. However, there is a nylon/plastic tag on the left hand side, which when pulled outwards seems to release. It looks as though it should simple slide out on a rail. I can move it a small amount, but it will not come further. Any idea what else may be holding it. Looking at the back of the ice maker it appears to sit into a "docking". I'm reluctant to pull anymore incase I damage it.

I'm visiting and leave next week. Any help appreciated.
