My washer wont agitate or spin, the water fills and drains just fine. When it is suppose to be spinning or agitating it make a grinding noise. I need help, I'm the mother of 5 very active boys and when my washers out of commission the laundry just piles up.

I have a whirlpool washer model lsq9560pw4 it will fill then make a loud grinding noise and will not agitate. Would it be a coupler too? I have 9 people in my house hold and I can't afford another washer right now. PLEEEASE help me!
