replacing the seal kit on the impeller. Part #23 is a washer with rubber on one side and the metal on the other. Which side goes toward the impeller and also which type of grease and amount?

Thanks

I also have a simuliar question on these parts #23. How tight do you tighten the impeller assembly to the motor? Also parts #22, 23, 30 how do they go together. How does both rubber rings (23) seat together, rubber against rubber or the metal washer against rubber?

Thanks
