I cleaned the contacts to no effect. I notice that when I press the start button the "wash" indicator light slightly glows, but only while I have pressure on the button. This is the light that would usually stay on to indicate the wash cycle after pressing the start button. That leads me to believe that the control panel functions, but maybe not the circuit board? Also, when pressing the wash cycle button, the "Heavy, Normal, Light" indicators would normally come on, but the "Normal" one doesn't light up. the other two do, though.
