10 year old dishwasher - the arms aren't spinning. And they aren't spraying.

It fills w/ water (and drains) fine - I don't know how much water should be in there, but it seems pretty full.

The arms spin well by hand.

I removed the lower arm and cover and cleaned everything out. I put it back together, but it still doesn't spin.

When I open it, it sounds like there's a motor winding/spinning down.

From what I've read, removing what I did seems like it should work.

I think it's actually the impeller sleeve that connects to the motor that's stripped. The motor seems to spin, but the impeller doesn't (though it kind of wobbles.

I took the motor out and tried to reconnect the sleeve, but it seems to be stripped too much.
