Just take a look you should see them.
If this is a side by side they will be down at the bottom where the evaporator coil cover and fan is. There are usually some on the bottom and the top of the cover. |

I removed everything from the top and bottom shelves of the freezer and nothing happened. I got a small vacuum under the refrigerator but I could not move the refrigerator. I have a service call with GE as the freezer and refrigerator are both too warm.

this morning the hose in the back of the refrigerator was leaking. The hose was broken. For now I have put tape on the hose and plan on replacing the hose later today.
I am hoping to find out if the broken hose could be related to the warm freezer and refrigerator as I have a service call with GE tommorow. If I replace the hose would the temperature return back to normal.
