This fridge is less then 2 years old, I moved it to a new location yesterday, it worked perfectly before, now it is not cooling at all, the fridge or the freezer. It sounds as if it were running, but it is not getting cold  Ive already lost perishables as I did not realize it was not working, and have 3 kids to keep fed

When you moved it, did you lay it down?

I was not there, but I highly doubt it, it was brought over by professional movers.

Can you tell if the compressor in the back of the cabinet, at the bottom, is running?

If the compressor is running and you have no cold air, you have a sealed system issue. Either moving it created a leak or the oil got into the lines and you have a restriction. Either way, you will need to call for service, these are not repairs you will be able to make.

Thank you so much for your help! Do you have any idea approximately what that should cost? There are not really any places that repair fridges around here, and I don't want to be taken..

You can expect to pay $200-250 for labor and then the parts cost. It will not be an inexpensive repair.
