I talked to someone the other day and i was told to turn the breaker off for 5 min. The oven did come back on I used it a few times during the day then after the night when I got up it was flashing 12:00 again. So, I turn the breaker again for 5 min and it worked but then it went back to flashing 12:00 again. Have idea what it could be?

The flashing of 12:00 indicates that the control lost power at some point. I would start by looking at the cord connections to make sure they are tight and not burnt or melted (see picture below). That is pretty common and can cause the issues you are having. If all of the connections are tight and no issues are apparent, you may have a faulty control. Are all of the functions working but it just jeeps resetting? Appliance Ninja attached the following image(s):

Yes everything works when it comes back on I can set the clock and cook on it I even turned it off and came back to cook something later that day.

I would look very carefully at the cord connections and if they look good, perhaps the outlet connections. It could be an issue with an intermittent control board, but it is most likely a power supply connection problem. Let me know what you find.
