There is a fitting that leads through the cabinet wall and then the one that feeds the ice maker. The issue likely lies between those two pieces.

Ok, do u know of a video for this repair. Also do u know of part numbers? Also I noticed that when water runs down to the bottom of the freezer, it comes down during the defrost phase.

I know of no video for this repair, sorry. As far as the water, the defrost water should not be above the aluminum evaporator coil, so that is probably the ice built up above from the leak and a secondary symptom of the original problem. Once number 5 in the picture below is removed, you will be able to see the area in question. Appliance Ninja attached the following image(s):

Okay. I think I have narrowed down the problem. Water keeps getting frozen on the tube the sets on top of the chute (feeding into the icemaker). I have tried using a hairdryer to thaw it out and the next day it keeps getting frozen in the same spot. Do you think the tube that comes through the cabinet as well as the chute needs to be replaced?
I thought the temperature might be set too high. I have the temperature for the freezer set right above normal. Thoughts?

Here are pics of the setup of the tube from the cabinet and the chute. It keeps getting frozen where the tube touches the chute. jkbaker1030 attached the following image(s):

See if that tube will pull down farther into the chute. How is the water pressure to the water valve on the refrigerator from your home? Low pressure or a leaky valve can cause that, but you replaced the valve.

The water pressure is fairly low to our home especially upstairs. But down stairs it's okay. (Dont have a way to check it.) We live on top of a hill and most of the houses around us have water pressure boosters. But ours stopped working a year after we moved in and have just dealt with it. I am thinking about connecting a water tube to the existing tube coming from the cabinet so it can be extended further into the chute to get it away from the back of the freezer where the coldest air comes up. Thoughts?

That will probably help the leaking, but the low pressure may be an issue. The valve needs at least 30 psi to function properly.

Thoughts? Any updates on a solution for your issue? I believe our fridge is having an identical issue. I am wondering if this turned out to be water pressure, or if you found another work around. Thanks in advance!
