Have someone hold the lower agitator and drum from moving while you loosen the nut on whats left of the pulley. With nut off, just pull pulley hub off.

Seems to be still slipping, I think the splines may be gone. Took out the fabric softener cup and there is a nut holding the agitator in, can I use a wrench to hold it there? Also is the pulley nut reverse thread?

Pulley nut is not reverse thread. Holding the agitator bolt will probably just cause that bolt to loosen. Is there nothing left of the pulley to get ahold of? Photo? Maybe use a strap wrench if possible.
