Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 9/15/2013(UTC) Posts: 1		i HAVE A ROPER DRYER WHICH WORKS WELL. THE TIMER JUST DOES NOT MOVE FROM WHEREVER YOU SET IT AND HAS TO BE MANUALLY ADVANCED TO SHUT OFF.

If yes then odds are that the timer is bad. This can be checked with a meter. If the timer moter is getting 120 volts and the timer does not advance then the timer is bad.
