We have an electric range that it seems everything works except the oven. It goes on pre heat but nothing happens. Ran diagnostics and I do see one strange code of 3Cf and I don't know what that means. Any help is appreciated !

Hi,
So what I did so far was to remove and check the thermal fuse. My multimeter ( set on 200) gave a reading of 0.8. Next I checked the sensor. I did manage to get about 1080 ohms but also noticed that when I removed it and gently shake it rattles, is that normal ? Both bake and broil elements gave readings so I'm assuming they are ok and conducting. Still can't find what the one code means and now wondering if there is a way to test the control unit itself ?
