Freezer is cooling fine(control set to 4).Temperature is below zero. There is frost building up on the evaporator coils. The refrigerator is not cooling properly even with control set to 6. Temperature is about 45 degrees F. Can feel air flow in the freezer, but very little flow into the frig. It appears the defrost is not working. You mention in your repair help to check the defrost heater assembly, the defrost control and the evaporator fan motor. Could you please tell me how to check these three items?
