Hi, came home Friday night to a warm fridge and freezer. The lights work, the fan in back bottom works, the control panel in front works (lets me change cold level up/down). The compressor is not turning on. Had a friend test motherboard, looks like only 33 volts leaving board to compressor, that should be 115, and only 1 volt leaving to the sensors, that should be 5 volts. No burn marks on the computer motherboard. Please let me know, is this a bad motherboard, or should i look to confirm this another way? Or any other suggestions or ideas? Thank you. Laurie. :)

Check the motherboard (WR55X10968) in the back. Probably bad solder joints behind the big power relay.
