I wonder if the issue is related to the water inlet valve maybe causing some restriction as Mark did with his machine;

All I can think of is the Cold water inlet was allowing sufficient water pressure not to get a NF alarm but not enough pressure to divert water to softener. But they why was there enough pressure to divert to bleach?

Restriction thru the water inlet valve maybe difficult to diagnosis related to flow rate. If you go to lift the lid with the inlet valve open (Hot or Cold) you get water splashing everywhere. You have the reverse issue as he and I'm stumped with no way to test. If you are going to keep the machine maybe the next step is to replace the water inlet valve. Can you return your dispenser valve? I would not do that until you nail down the fail point.

I will pick up an inlet valve and give it a shot. I will post back and let you know what happens. Thanks for the replys!
