Yep, it will fill fine. No error code/s at all. I will check the voltage at the dispenser when I have time. Thanks for the reply.

I Checked the voltage in Service Mode, 120vac at the dispenser.

I wonder if the issue is related to the water inlet valve maybe causing some restriction as Mark did with his machine;

Restriction thru the water inlet valve maybe difficult to diagnosis related to flow rate. If you go to lift the lid with the inlet valve open (Hot or Cold) you get water splashing everywhere. You have the reverse issue as he and I'm stumped with no way to test. If you are going to keep the machine maybe the next step is to replace the water inlet valve. Can you return your dispenser valve? I would not do that until you nail down the fail point.

Sounds Odd just like my issue..... for what its worth had no further issues since replacing the Water Inlet valve.

I will pick up an inlet valve and give it a shot. I will post back and let you know what happens. Thanks for the replys!

Installed the inlet water valve this morning. Success!! Bleacher is now operating normally. Thanks for the replies. Have a great 4th!
