Everything seems to be running. Fan at the bottom, fan in the back of freezer. Compressor is a little warmer then room temp. I am thinking relay on the compressor is bad.

Hi,

Does the compressor vibrate when the fans are running?

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Parts for Whirlpool ET8MTMXKT00 Refrigerator - AppliancePartsPros.com

It vibrates a little bit yes. Nothing noticable unless you feel the compressor. It shoots cold air out the back of the refrigerator but that is also part of the fan blowing.

Remove the rear panel in the freezer and check how the evaporator coils are covered with frost. If the coils are clean, there is a problem with the sealed system. Probably it's low on Freon.

I do not think so. You will need some special equipment and most important, if it is low on Freon then there is a leak somewhere and it must be fixed first.

Let the refrigerator run for 1 or 2 hours and check the coils again.
