No You need Item 3 in the "Control parts" section Cntrl-elec AP4089341. This has the display on it. In almost all cases it will solve the dim display problem. The electrolytic capacitors on the board dry out over time so they cannot hold a proper charge and this dims the display.

My Jenn-Air oven which had a dim or no read out is now repaired. When Momma is happy everyone is happy!
