Open the control panel and make sure all connectors between the Main control (MCU) and User Interface (UIC) are fully inserted. If all looks good - replace the User Interface Part number: AP4260541 Look for the tech sheet inside the cabinet. There is still a small chance that the main control is bad, you can get it from APP and return if don't need it.
