Had some kind of problem with electric oven; breaker tripped; looked oven over & found what appeared to be shorted oven light - weird - burn marks; removed oven light receptacle and taped off connecters; turned on power to oven; no error codes; top elements work; warmer element works; have 120V at L1; control panel responds to request to bake or broil; with controls calling for bake or broil have 120V at L2 & bake & broil terminals at EOC; but do not get 240V when testing L2 to bake or L2 to broil; checked continuity of temperature sensor (1070 ohms) and elements (15 ohms); they are okay. Suggestions?

You are welcome
And thanks for getting back to us. Now when others search for a similar problem they will see what actually worked instead of just suggestions about what could be the cause |
