Frigidaire FGHS2644KF. Fridge just died. It started with a error code of 5YCF and the fridge side of the light was off but the cooling was still working. That night the fridge kept running on and off, on and off, with beeping following after. Next morning freezer light was off and no more cooling. Fridge is dead. What could be the problem?

Hi,
Sounds like the problem is a bad power control board.
If you need the correct part number for the control board, post the end of the model number.
Gene.

It has nothing to do with the dispenser. This board is located under the refrigerator behind the kick plate.

Gene. Thank you. Husband found it. We had a hard time figuring out the diagram. Parts are ordered, hopefully this fixes the problem.
