I have an french door ice maker that isn't producing ice. I've learned that there are ice maker service codes and have been able to enter the proper mode and cycle through the codes, but would appreciate getting some sort of description of the full process to properly cycle through the codes and interpret them. It sounds like there might be some useful info that would help me diagnose the problem so I get it repaired. Anyone know where I could find this?

Even prior to this problem, we've never been particularly impressed with the volume of ice produced (considering there are only 3 in our household) or the ease at which cubes are expelled from the tray. (We've just replaced the filter as it was due, but there was no change after having done so and now it isn't producing any ice at all. Any insight on this would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Todd

Hi Todd,

This is the most complicated (unnecessarily) ice maker I ever seen. The instructions are attached to the post. Good luck.
