The washer makes this horrible grinding noise, when it tries to agitate or tries to spin.

Fills: Yes
Drains: Yes
Agitate: No (horrible grindy sound)
Spin: No (horrible grindy sound)
Coupler: Has all groves and been cleaned or residue
Agitator: All material and foreign objects are cleaned and removed from under

Any ideas (on what to do or where to start)?

I added an attachment.

When it is on agitation (didn't think to do a spin one), the green part kinda (tries) to move clockwise and counterclockwise, in a jerky motion. The red parts don't move, but can be manually turned.

Sorry if it is upside-down. The photo editing software is horrible.

Looks like the clip is missing from the motor shaft and the pulley/clutch has dropped. Should look like this.

Added: I see the clip laying there, looks like it broke. Here's the replacement.

The clutch clip was bent out on one end, so I readjusted it and pulled out the little tab in the back/far end which holds it in place and... voila! It works fine!

First DIY fix, that could have taken far more time and money, that took less than 10 min!

Thanks!!!
