Main fan at bottom of refrigerator "click" starts and then "clicks" off. I can spin fan with finger freely. Fan motor not hot by touch. What is causing this? If possable includ part discription(s) and part number(s).
Thanks Frank

Click noise is probably coming from the compressor, not from the condensing fan motor, just check

The parts breakdown will not show the compressor. If you pry off the compressor side cover, your start device is probably a mechanical one with a coil. If so and you find no burnt wires, you probably have a bad compressor as these start devices are very reliable. Post what you find.
