Dish washer will fill with water, but will not clean the dishes, we do not here any jetting of the water on the dishes.

In order to provide most accurate advice we need the complete model number of the dishwasher. Usually it's located on the door frame.

Gene, You ask for my model number, the model number is KUDI01ILWH3, type Kitchen Aid, the dish washer will fill with water but it will not spray the water on the dishes.

Remove the toe panel and check if the wash pump motor is working when the control calls for wash. If it's working, check the chopper (#6 at the diagram) as described in one of our previous threads: http://forum.appliancepartspros...hirlpool-dishwasher.htmlIf it's not working but it's making a humming noise, replace the motor or even better, the whole pump & motor assembly. It is about $17 more expensive but it will make the repair less complicated and much more reliable. If it's not working and does not make any noise, check for 120 VAC to the motor while the control calls for wash and post the result. - The chopper Part number: 8268383
