I have a Frididare Electrolux dishwasher that is about 3-4 years old. It is not powering up. I do have power to the door switch and from the door switch to the mother board. I ordered a replacement mother board and removed it from its plastic housing to put it in and it still will not power up. I think I have a defective replacement mother board. Does any one have any suggestions? Did I miss something while installing the unit? The unit is level under the counter. HELP!!!

Hi.

You need to make sure that you are getting 120VAC to the control board between hot and neutral. If you are positive that it's there - try another control board

I put my tester to the white and black weir and the tester does not light up. If I touch the black weir and something metal the tester lights up. Is that the issue?

You are not getting 120VAC. You are getting only hot side. Check the door switches, junction box connections (behind the toe panel on the right).

I got it. I found that the neutral weir was not connected in the junction box in the basement for some reason. It is now working. Thank you for your help.
