I need help, I replaced the lid switch but the problem remains the same.
#3356472 is etched in the rear of the machine. I searched the web, best I can tell is it is the 70 series.

Need a valid model number and more detail as to the problem. Does it agitate? Does the motor try to run during drain/spin?

Eric Washer fills, agitates, but when it comes to spin/drain for rinse or final spin...there is nothing. With new lid switch, I can now hear the click when I depress the button but still no draining/spinning. #3356472 is etched in the rear, best I can tell it is a 70 series. I would really appreciate ANY help you can give me...Denise

Eric 2nd reply - I forgot...I hear nothing after the click, I do not hear the motor.

That number is the part number for the rear panel, not the model number of the machine. 70 series doesn't mean much, there are many "70 series" models covering many years. This problem is usually a lid switch or timer problem.
