   I started having agitating problems. Agitated slowly & sometimes even stopped on Normal/ fast cycle. Started washing smaller loads on gentle/ fast cycle & Seemed to be ok for awhile & then it stopped agitating all together. No problems with anything else so I hoped for an easy fix. I replaced the " drive bell & agitator" & it seemed to be ok. Agitator was actually working better then I've seen it for awhile. I tried this on all cycles before adding clothes. I finally did a small load & seemed to be working Great & suddenly I heard a Big Clanking Noise & immediately shut machine off. I Turned it back on & realized that now it had stopped spinning as well. I let all the water drain out & shut it off & wrong clothes out by hand & then I had help checking the belt & it seems to be fine. Any suggestions? At this point my brother-in-law took all the parts out of the machine so I dont know how I can check anything else but I will do My best. I loved this washer but dont want to put to much money into it Or keep replacing parts & still have problems. I have 4 grandkids & NOT having a way to wash has been very hard on all of us. Thanks!! :o ps not use to this thread & may not even find it again, so incase my email is citygirl_23_2000@yahoo.com

In order to help you, the machine must be put back together so you can do some tests while making observations that will help us diagnose your problem.
