I installed new igniter and still wont glow could it be igniter switch? Thanks

Unplug the igniter and check for 120VAC to the igniter while the control calls for heat. Post the results.

I'm assuming we are talking about the Bake igniter. There is a dual gas safety valve for both Bake and Broil. Locate the two terminals on this valve for the Bake, remove the wires from it and check for continuity between them. If there is no continuity then the gas safety valve has to be replaced. - The part number for the gas safety valve is AP4098213Here are the break down diagrams and Replacement parts for MAGIC CHEF CGR3760ADW | AppliancePartsPros.comGene.

Hi, so the saftey will allow gas to flow for Broiler, but not for baking?

This is a dual valve and Bake and Broil sections are separated.
