My Whirlpool Top loading washer will not fill. I had a similar problem a couple of years ago and replaced the inlet valve (8181694), so I replaced it again, since we have very hard water. Problem still exists. I have verified that water is coming out of both hot and cold hoses. The washer will go into spin cycle. Where do I go from here?

There is something wrong in the beginning of the model number too. Double check it please.

The model number GSQ9633LW0 is the correct one. Good job!

Most likely the problem is a bad ATC (water temperature) control board (inside the control panel) but there is a small chance for the temperature switch to be bad as well. I would replace the ATC board first.

- The ATC board Part number: 3955728
Part number: 3955728

- The temperature switch Part number: 3950358
Part number: 3950358

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Parts for Whirlpool GSQ9633LW0 - AppliancePartsPros.com
