Hey thanks Gene. other then the label on top of the motor where is the other part# located?

Gene, here are those #s on the motor. The sticker on the front of the motor says 175d5106g010 and thetop of the motor is marked 1676999-6. What do you think?

This part number is not included in the GE technical bulletin so, it's possible that the motor does not have to be replaced. It is good news for you because the motor is very expensive.
