I was having trouble with my Neptune and I knew I needed to repair the rear drum bearings. It kept shutting off after the 1st fill cycle, I thought it was the motor and the mother board. I was wrong, I then talked to APP's tech and they said change the board in the control panel, so I ordered it and along with it I ordered a new water valve for it. It looked a little crappy because my water conditioner wasn't working. When I got the board I swapped them out and it did the same thing, shutting down after the 1st fill. I put the old board back in because it looked fine and then I replaced the water valve, yes! the water valve. It's been running like a new one, new water valve and the rear bearing kit. I did send the new board back to APP for credit, it took about 2 weeks to get the credit but it's done and My 1996 Neptune is like new again and and has been running fine for 3 months now. Thank you APP!
