Hmmm. I must have had it wrong... Sorry about that- my mistake. It is a 36" rangetop with griddle. Manual says PSC364GD. I am not sure how I have the other number...
So now the magic question- does the same troubleshooting apply.

Steve. The model number you posted in the very first post is PRG364GD. It took three pages of our conversations to find out that it was wrong model number! Different model number means different type of appliance and different parts used in it. Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for Thermador PSC364GDZS | AppliancePartsPros.comGene.

Thanks Gene. Looks like I do have to take the valve off the manifold to change the pots. Oh well...
Do you believe the prior troubleshoot was still valid and replacign the pots and the gas simmer control is the way to go? Is the prior gas simmer control still the correct one?

Looks like you have to order the spark module in addition to the simmer control and potentiometers. The part numbers are different. - The simmer control Part number: 645446

Really appreciate the time/support and effort. Looks like this will not require me to hardwire the simmer control at least :)-

Do I need to replace the gaskets on the two valves when I pull them from the manifold- or is it ok to reuse?

Hi Gene
Got the stuff and got it all installed. Two new pots, new simmer control, new spark module. Plugged it back in, turned on the gas and no dice. No power? Is there an internal breaker on this range that I might have tripped? I do of course have gas on the right- but blue lights don't light. Ignitor on the grilled is off too. So figuring I tripped something along the way? I do have power at the outlet I plugged into- verified.
Any ideas?

Hi Gene. Resolve the power issue. All parts installed. Sparking is now working. Right Front simmer burner is working. Everything is ok- except absolutely dead on the rear righ simmer burner.
I think that I checked that solenoid during the breakdown- but could be wrong... Might it be a bad solenoid? When I turn the gas knob I get nothing. No spark, no sound/click, no gas, no happy blue light... Any help much appreciated. Seems like the final strecth.
